Welcome to Prestige Star Auto. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, bookings, and any related interactions with Prestige Star Auto (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at 4/295 Wickham Road, Moorabbin, Victoria. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a booking, authorising repairs, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully — if you do not agree with any part, do not use our services.
2. Service Authorisation
When you authorise Prestige Star Auto to work on your vehicle, a contract is formed between you and us for the services requested. This includes diagnostic checks, maintenance, repairs, parts replacement and any additional work you agree to. Pricing and estimates provided are only binding once you authorise the work. Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Estimates and Charges
- Estimates are provided based on information available at the time of assessment.
- The final cost may differ if further issues are found during work.
- You agree to pay all charges for parts, labour, and associated fees upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.
- We may require deposit payments for certain services prior to commencement.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle.
- Remove personal items from the vehicle prior to drop-off.
- Notify us of any specific concerns or issues at the time of booking.
- Pay for all approved work, including any additional services agreed in writing or electronically.
Prestige Star Auto is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Warranty on Services
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship.
To the extent permitted by law, we provide a warranty on parts and labour for services performed. Specific warranty details are provided at the time of service.
Warranty does not cover damage arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or consequential damage not directly resulting from our work.
6. Refusal of Service
Prestige Star Auto reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason permitted by law, including safety concerns or inability to agree on terms of work.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestige Star Auto excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or website.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
